We don't have a shop, but offer free local delivery for orders over £20. Please contact us for more details. We also have stalls at various local Farmers Markets - our next markets are at Aldeburgh on 15th March, then at Easton Farm Park on 22nd March 2008.

Roasted Smoked Salmon

Cold smoked for 12 hours over our special slow burning English hardwoods, & then roasted and traditionally, thickly hand sliced.

Whisky & Horseradish Dip
